Personal Support and Treatment Tailored to You

I’m a dedicated osteopath with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and maintain their independence at every stage of life. My clinical work has a particular focus on supporting older adults, helping them manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. I also have a keen interest in knee pain and injuries, and neck pain related headaches. I take a patient-centred approach, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs and goals while creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel listened to, understood, and empowered in their health journey.

I chose to become an osteopath because I have always been driven by a desire to help people in a meaningful, hands-on way. A desk-based career never appealed to me; I wanted a profession that would keep me active, engaged, and connected to others. Osteopathy allows me to combine practical treatment with genuine patient care, supporting people through pain, restoring confidence in movement, and helping them achieve a better quality of life.

Outside of clinical practice, strength training plays an important role in both my physical health and mental wellbeing. As a regular weightlifter, I have developed a strong appreciation for the value of building resilience, strength, and confidence in the body. This philosophy influences my approach to treatment, as I believe it is never too late to improve physical function and maintain an active lifestyle. Whether helping someone return to everyday activities or supporting their long-term health and mobility, my aim is to provide care that encourages lasting strength, independence, and wellbeing.
